$1,400 Stolen from Lexington Business

Saturday, August 24-
Arrests:
Police placed a Lexington man into protective custody.

At 9:04 a.m. a Waltham Street resident reported a breaking and entering overnight at Upper Crust Pizzeria and that cash was missing. A rear door had been pried open and a register was forcibly opened. $1,400 stolen. Ongoing investigation.

At 9:08 p.m. police responded to a dog complaint on Massachusetts Avenue.
Sunday August 25-
Arrest:
Police arrested Jeremias, Lopez, 32, of 14 Taylor Street, Waltham, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license and on a warrant from another agency.

At 9:36 a.m. police responded to a domestic dispute on Gould Road.
At 2:39 p.m. police made an arrest on a warrant.
At 5:51 p.m. emergency crews responded to a North Street location on a report of a baby choking. Blockage was removed before police arrival and the baby was fine.
At 6:28 p.m. a caller reported an erratic driver on Bedford Street and the Bedford town line.
